Every report gets an acknowledgement with a reference, and a reply if we need more detail.

Prefer to report in the open?

The Lagu forum has a Bug category with the same questions built into the composer, where others can confirm what you found and see the fix land. This form remains the right place when a report needs privacy or a log file.

What makes a report useful

The build number, from Settings → About
Your device model and OS version
Whether it happens every time or just once
A screenshot, if there’s anything to see
If the app quit, the crash log. On iPhone or iPad it’s in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Analytics Data, in the entries starting “Lagu”.

Probably not a bug

Missing lyrics, empty moods, quiet sonic stations, or an inert loudness toggle usually mean your Plex server hasn’t analyzed that music. Analysis comes with Plex Pass on the server, and Lagu can only show what the server provides.

A brand-new or still-scanning library looks the same way, whatever your subscription — give the analysis time to finish. What needs Plex Pass, and what doesn’t.
